Bryan Tucker

Bryan Tucker is currently Senior Writer for NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” where he has worked for fourteen years, including Head Writer for the past four. Prior to writing for SNL, Tucker wrote for “Chappelle’s Show” and “The Chris Rock Show,” among others. His screenplay, “Party Starters,” was sold to Paramount with Lorne Michaels producing and Kenan Thompson attached to star. He also wrote “The Untitled Black History Movie” for Paramount, which Lorne Michaels produced as well. In 2015, Bryan Tucker and Above Average created The Kicker, a digital vertical that produced sports comedy on a daily basis. Bryan is a ten-time Emmy nominee, recipient of a Peabody award, and winner of four Writers Guild Awards.
